Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf firm, unsliced bread
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/4 lb. margarine
    3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Trim crusts
    and cut bread into cubes.
    Melt cheese and margarine in
    double
    boiler
    until
    thick and creamy.
    Remove from heat and
    fold
    in
    egg whites.
    Dip cubes in mixture and place on cookie sheet.
    Refrigerate overnight (may be frozen). Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Yields 30.
