Spinach Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 onion, chopped
    1 box chopped spinach, thawed
    3/4 c. cottage cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Grease skillet and preheat.
    Squeeze spinach dry.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour into hot skillet and cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
