Fresh Vegetable Marinade 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 stalks fresh broccoli flowerets
    8 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 cauliflower, flowerets
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 small onion, grated
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix together last 6 ingredients. Pour over vegetables and refrigerate overnight.
    Serves 6.
