Creamed Hominy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. white hominy
1 c. skimmed evaporated milk
dash of salt and pepper
dash of Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Let come to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until cream thickens.
