Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round or sirloin steak
    1 small sweet onion
    fresh mushrooms
    1 pkg. brown gravy mix
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Freeze meat until just firm.
    Slice into thin strips and brown. Saute onion and mushrooms.
    Add brown gravy mix with water (may use 2 packages, if more juice is desired).
    Cook until tender (about 20 minutes).
    Add sour cream 10 minutes before serving. Heat until hot; do not boil. Serve over homemade style noodles.
