Jeannine'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) small can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. self-rising cornbread
    2/3 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 small green pepper or 1/2 large chopped
    1/2 c. onion
    1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together above ingredients.
    Pour in greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 in preheated oven.
