Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans red salmon (tall)
    1 c. bread crumbs
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. salmon juice or milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 onion, diced finely
    1/4 green pepper, diced finely
Preparation
    Pick over and discard bones in salmon.
    Add bread crumbs, eggs and next 6 ingredients.
    Mix together.
    Put in loaf tin.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Serve with Hollandaise Sauce.
