No Cook Vanilla Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    6 c. milk
    4 c. light cream or evaporated milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Add sugar gradually, beating until mixture thickens.
    Freeze in freezer.
    Makes 1 gallon.
