Taco Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (8 oz.) can kidney beans or chili beans (I use large can)
    1 c. salsa
    4 to 6 medium green peppers
    1 medium tomato
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown and drain beef.
    Add taco seasoning, beans and salsa. Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes.
    Cut peppers in half lengthwise; clean.
    Blanch 3 minutes; drain.
    Spoon meat mixture in peppers. Place in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Top with tomato, cheese and sour cream.
