Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. fat (Crisco)
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Measure dry ingredients into mixing bowl.
    Cut milk into flour mixture until meal like texture is formed.
    Add milk and mix until smooth.
    Roll out on floured board or between two pieces of wax paper to 1/2-inch thickness; cut into biscuits and bake on oil baking pan at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    These make great shortcake biscuits.
