Aunt Helen'S Crunchy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 chicken breasts
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    pinch of black pepper
Preparation
    Blend together cracker crumbs, parsley, salt, Parmesan cheese, garlic and black pepper.
    Roll chicken in melted butter, then in crumb mixture.
    Place, skin side up, in casserole.
    Cover with foil; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Take foil off the last 15 minutes.
    Great way to use stale Ritz crackers.
