Gone-All-Afternoon-Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef, cubed
    3 medium carrots, sliced
    2 onions, chopped
    3 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    cooked or frozen peas or any leftover vegetables
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1/3 can water
    1 tsp. salt
    sprinkle of pepper
    1/4 c. pickle juice
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Put all in large casserole with lid to fit.
    No need to brown meat first.
    Mix ingredients together. Cover tightly and bake for 5 hours.
    Serves 6.
