Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breasts
1 c. uncooked instant rice
1 envelope onion soup mix
3/4 c. cut up mushrooms
2 diced carrots
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Put rice and carrots in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix water and soups and pour half of mixture over rice.
Place chicken on top of rice.
Sprinkle on mushrooms and top with rest of soup mixture. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
