Chocolate Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 egg
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    2 1/8 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/8 c. cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients and set aside.
    Sift the next 5 ingredients.
    Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Fill cupcake paper 1/3 full (batter is very runny).
    Add 1 well rounded teaspoonful of cheese mixture in middle.
    Top with chopped nuts, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 24 to 30 cupcakes.
