Deer Chili "Camp Style" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground venison
1 lb. ground beef
1 large chopped onion
4 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
8 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 (15 oz.) cans spiced chili beans
1 c. water
Preparation

Brown venison and beef in a large covered pan.
Add chopped onion and 2 tablespoons chili powder and cook for 10 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, water, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and cook over low heat for 15 minutes, then add chili beans and simmer (stirring occasionally) for 30 to 40 minutes.
Serve over toasted onion rolls.
Yields about 4 quarts.
