Layered Parfait Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) cherry Jell-O
    1 (3 oz.) raspberry Jell-O
    3 c. boiling water
    1 pt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. Birds Eye quick thaw mixed fruit
Preparation
    Dissolve cherry gelatin in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Add mixed fruit; stir until fruit is separated and gelatin is thickened.
    Chill, if necessary.
    Pour into 6 cup ring mold. Chill until set, but not firm.
    Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 1/2 cups boiling water.
    Blend in softened ice cream; chill until slightly thickened.
    Spoon over layer in mold.
    Chill until firm, 4 hours.
    Unmold on serving plate.
    Makes about 6 cups or 10 to 12 servings.
