Tangy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 med. onions, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1/2 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 beef bouillon cube
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Place chops in large baking dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Add onions, peppers, and tomatoes.
    Combine ketchup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, and bouillon; pour over vegetables.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0F for about 1 1/2 hrs. or until chops are done and vegetables are tender.
    Mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into liquid in dish.
    Heat until thickened.
