Grilled Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 boneless chicken breasts, halved
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. olive oil
2 to 3 garlic cloves, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Whisk lemon juice, oil, garlic and rosemary together.
Pour over chicken breasts arranged in a shallow dish.
Salt and pepper. Marinate at least 4 hours, turning a few times.
Grill over hot coals 4 to 6 minutes per side, brushing with marinade.
