Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. squash
    1 stick butter
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. evaporated milk
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Steam or cook squash in a little water until done; drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
