Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
3/4 c. milk
1 can crescent dinner rolls
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Crumble sausage into medium skillet.
Cook over medium heat until brown.
Stir occasionally.
Drain well.
Line bottom of a buttered 9 x 3-inch baking dish with crescent rolls, firmly pressing perforations to seal.
Sprinkle with sausage and cheese. Combine remaining ingredients.
Beat well and pour over sausage. Bake in 425\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until set; let stand 5 minutes and cut into squares.
