Red Velvet Cake With Marshmallow Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. liquid Butter Buds
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 Egg Beaters, beaten
    6 Tbsp. cocoa mixed with 2 Tbsp. liquid butter Buds (chocolate paste)
    2 oz. red food coloring (or add water to make 2 oz.)
    3/4 tsp. lite salt (optional)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 3/4 c. sifted cake flour
    1 1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream liquid Butter Buds, sugars and Egg Beaters.
    Make a paste with 2 tablespoons liquid Butter Buds, cocoa and food coloring; add to creamed mixture.
    Mix buttermilk with lite salt, soda and vanilla.
    Add alternately with flour to cream mixture.
    Beat 3 minutes after this is added.
    Bake in two 9-inch pans that have been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack for a few minutes.
