Green Bean And Red Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. red vinegar
    5 to 6 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    fresh ground pepper
    4 red potatoes
    3/4 lb. green beans
    2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    fresh dill or basil, chopped
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Wash but do not peel potatoes.
    Boil until tender.
    Drain and cool. Skins may be slipped off or left on.
    Slice into 1/8-inch slices and toss in warm vinaigrette.
    Steam beans briefly and toss with potatoes.
    Sprinkle on dill or basil.
    Serve slightly warm for best flavor.
