Buttermilk Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cornflake crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter, melted (1 stick)
2 lb. chicken, skin removed
Preparation

Mix crumbs, cheese, paprika and pepper.
Put milk in a bowl. Dip meat in milk, then in crumbs.
Place in foil lined pan.
Cover with foil; bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Remove from oven; remove foil.
Pour on butter; bake for 15 minutes more at 425\u00b0, uncovered.
