Old Fashion Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter, softened at room temperature
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. milk
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Sift flour, salt and baking powder together and add to creamed mixture. Chill until cold all the way through. Roll out on floured pastry cloth or pastry board and cut any shape you want to. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for approximately 8 minutes.
