Ricotta Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
3 egg yolks
3 oz. butter
1/3 c. superfine sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. maraschino liqueur
8 oz. Ricotta
pinch of ground cinnamon
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 egg white, beaten
Preparation
-
Combine 2 1/2 cups flour, 3 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar and the butter; mix into a dough.
Form into a ball.
Cover with plastic and let rest in the refrigerator.
