Strawberry Salad Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 small boxes strawberry Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 small pkg. frozen strawberries or equivalent amount fresh berries
1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
2 small bananas, mashed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; reserve 1/4 cup.
Add strawberries, pineapple and bananas to first Jell-O mixture.
Pour into rectangular dish; refrigerate until set.
