Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick margarine
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix 1/2 stick margarine with the Velveeta cheese.
Melt together and mix with thawed, drained broccoli.
Mix crushed Ritz crackers with 1/2 stick melted margarine.
Spread on top of broccoli.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly and golden on top (approximately 25 minutes).
