Pepper Jelly(Canning) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers (bell peppers) or finger peppers
    1 c. peppers or 1/4 hot and 3/4 sweet, squeeze dry
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. vinegar (white)
    6 oz. Certo
Preparation
    Chop or grind peppers fine.
    Combine all ingredients except Certo.
    Bring to boil (rolling), remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
    Add Certo.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
    Makes 3 1/2 pints.
