Grilled Parmesan Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tsp. olive oil
    4 medium ripe tomatoes, cored and sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat broiler.
    Grease a baking sheet with 1 teaspoon oil. Place tomatoes in a single layer.
    In a small bowl, mix remaining oil, garlic, parsley and pepper; drizzle over tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese.
    Broil 5 inches from heat, about 3 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
