Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    2 eggs
    10 to 15 crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients to a consistency thick enough to make into patties.
    Crackers may be added, if needed.
    Crush approximately same amount of crackers used in mixture to roll patties in.
    Have enough hot oil (deep enough to cover patties) and cook to a golden brown.
