Rice Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage (bulk)
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 large bell pepper
    a chopped pimento
Preparation
    Fry sausage; drain off fat, leaving enough to saute peppers and onions in.
    Cook until tender.
    Add cooked rice and other seasonings.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Serves 8.
