Reuben Casserole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef or fresh, broken into small pieces
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Thousand Island salad dressing
    1 large tomato
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. pumpernickel bread crumbs
Preparation
    Place sauerkraut in 1 1/2-quart glass casserole dish.
    Top with corned beef, then shredded cheese.
    Combine mayonnaise and dressing; spread over cheese.
    Top with tomato slices; set aside. Place butter in small glass bowl.
    Microwave for about 60 seconds on Medium-high or until melted.
    Stir in bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over tomato slices.
    Microwave for 12 to 16 minutes on Medium-high or until heated through (about 150\u00b0).
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
