Old-Fashioned Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    scant 3/4 c. granulated sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 pt. coffee cream
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour and put in bottom of unbaked pastry crust. Cut small pieces of butter over sugar-flour mixture.
    Pour cream over but do not mix.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake 10 to 13 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven, then 45 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
