Cooked Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 small can evaporated milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine margarine, milk and sugar in medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Stir in chocolate chips and vanilla.
    Beat with a spoon until of spreading consistency.
