Shrimp And Ground Pork Toast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. ground pork
1/2 c. shrimp, shelled, cleaned and minced
1 Tbsp. finely chopped spring onion and coriander
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. hot sauce
10 slices bread (2 days old or stale bread)
1 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

In a bowl, mix ground pork and minced shrimp with chopped spring onion and coriander, garlic salt, pepper, sugar and egg. Trim crust off bread slices and cut it in desired shapes (triangles or use cookie cutter).
Spread the ground pork mixture over each.
Fry in deep hot fat for 2 minutes with the ground mixture side down, turn over and continue cooking for 2 more minutes until brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Serve hot with hot sauce.
