Christmas Morning Strata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    12 oz. French bread
    6 eggs
    1 qt. milk
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. Mozzarella
    1 c. Cheddar
Preparation
    The night before, grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Cook sausage and remove to paper towel.
    Cut bread into 1/2-inch chunks.
    Combine sausage and breadcrumbs in baking dish.
    Mix up eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over sausage mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
    Add cheeses and bake 15 more minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes.
