Prune Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. oil
    1 c. cooked, chopped prunes
Preparation
    If you use the processor or blender to chop prunes, add a little water so you will get a paste like mix.
    Mix together sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder and spices.
    With mixer, add the eggs, buttermilk, oil and prunes; mix well.
    Put in paper cups in muffin pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Makes about 2 dozen.
    They freeze well.
