Tahiti Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked rice
    1 (7 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
    1 bell pepper, chopped fine
    1/4 c. vinegar
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed veggies
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    dash of garlic pepper
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. green olives, sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Combine and mix well.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
