Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1 large bunch broccoli
    2 small onions, sliced in rings
    2 carrots, grated
    10 oz. frozen peas
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Cut
    cauliflower
    and
    broccoli
    into bite-size pieces. Combine all vegetables into large bowl.
    In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise,
    oil,
    sugar, salt and peppers.
    Pour over vegetables and
    mix
    well.
    Refrigerate overnight, stirring several times. Garnish
    with crumbled bacon before serving.
    Serves 8 to 10.
