Chow Chow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 onions, chopped
5 peppers, chopped
1 large head cabbage, shredded
1 gal. green tomatoes, chopped
2 hot peppers, chopped
1/2 c. salt
6 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. mustard seed
1 1/2 tsp. turmeric
4 c. cider vinegar
2 c. water
Preparation

Mix onions, peppers, cabbage, green tomatoes, hot peppers and salt.
Let set overnight.
