Onion Celeste - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 large Bermuda onions
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    sliced French bread
    2 large, fresh broccoli heads, chopped into bite-sized pieces
    1 medium-sized head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized pieces
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 2/3 c. milk
    4 eggs
    1 c. biscuit mix *
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and cauliflower in separate pans until tender. Drain thoroughly.
    Mix broccoli, cauliflower, 2 cups of cheese and the onion; separate and place into two 10-inch greased and floured cake pans.
    (We use the new coated pans; they are very nice to cook with!)
