Coconut Date Skillet Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped dates
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. corn flakes
    1 c. Sugar Krinkles (cereal)
    1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine sugar, dates and eggs in a skillet.
    Cook over medium heat about 10 minutes until mixture pulls away from sides of pan. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts.
    Carefully stir in cereal.
    Cool slightly.
    Moisten hands in cold water and shape mixture into small balls.
    Roll in Angel Flake coconut.
    Chill and store in refrigerator.
    Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
