Chicken Bombay - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 whole chicken breasts
salt and pepper
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
4 tsp. sesame seed
flour
1 c. cooking wine
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
-
Split, bone and quarter breasts.
Shake in bag with flour, salt and pepper.
Brown chicken in a little oil.
Take chicken out and set aside in casserole.
Add remaining ingredients to drippings.
Cook and blend for 1 minute.
Cool and pour over chicken.
This may be refrigerated or bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
