Low-Fat French Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. oil (canola)
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin (optional)
    3 to 4 medium-sized potatoes
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and slice into thin wedges.
    Mix ingredients and add half of mixture to potatoes.
    Place in oblong flat baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Baste occasionally with remaining liquid.
    Makes about 4 servings.
