Roast Duck(Hungarian Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. roasting duck
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 tsp. crushed garlic
Preparation
    Sprinkle duck with salt, pepper and garlic, inside and out. Tie legs together.
    Prick skin all other with fork.
    Put duck side up in shallow roasting pan (do not add water), basting with juice from duck.
    Cook duck for 1 1/2 hours or until tender in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Strain juices; save 1/4 cup.
    Cook white ice and mix with 1/4 cup juice.
    Cut up duck and arrange on heated platter with rice.
