Mocha Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box xxxx sugar
2 sticks oleo
1/4 c. black coffee
1 tsp. vanilla
dry roasted (salted) peanuts (about 16 oz. jar)
1 loaf angel food cake

Preparation

Take loaf angel food cake; rub off brown crust on cake.
Slice lengthwise in thirds, then in squares.
Chop peanuts in processor. Mix together sugar, oleo, coffee and vanilla.
Roll squares in sugar mixture, then in peanuts.
