Gayle'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. dry powdered Carnation milk
    1/2 c. oil
    4 1/2 to 5 c. self-rising flour
    butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients and let stand until yeast is dissolved and is foamy, about 15 minutes.
    Add powdered milk, oil and enough self-rising flour to make a stiff dough. Grease 9 inch cake pans with melted butter.
    Pour dough out onto a floured board and knead lightly.
    Roll out and cut with a biscuit cutter, placed in greased pans.
    Let rise 1 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Very easy and good.
    Makes 3 dozen rolls.
