Fish Cakes(Fiskekaker) - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 lb. cod fish, cut into small pieces
 
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. white pepper
2/3 c. milk or half and half
1 onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg whites
Preparation
- 
                            Put all ingredients in food processor and mix on low speed until mixture becomes a smooth paste.
 
Shape into balls and fry over medium heat until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve with red potatoes and creamed cabbage.
