Mucho Macho Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hot Italian sausage
    1 sweet Italian sausage
    1 lb. ground lean beef
    1 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. hot red pepper flakes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (24 oz.) jar Classico tomato-basil sauce or 3-cheese sauce
    dash of red wine
Preparation
    Remove casing from sausages.
    In a hot skillet, brown sausages.
    Add ground beef, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Cook until browned.
    Add sauce, pepper flakes and red wine.
    Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for about 30 minutes.
    Check occasionally for consistency.
    Serve over favorite pasta, topped with Parmesan cheese.
    Serves 4.
