Low Calorie Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
    3 c. low-fat milk
    1/2 c. Minute rice
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Stir constantly.
    Pour into 1-quart casserole. Cover with plastic wrap directly on surface of hot pudding.
    Chill for 30 minutes.
    Remove plastic wrap.
    Sprinkle with more cinnamon, if desired.
